Hi, I’m Roland Torres Votacion, but you can call me RTV. I’ve been working as a Talent Acquisition Executive for nearly a decade, leading teams that cater to clients worldwide, including in America, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, and Asia.
I co-founded Dev Partners, a company that’s known for providing top-notch tech talent from the Philippines. Leading our team, I emphasize accountability, refine recruitment practices, and ensure everyone is aligned with our goals — giving clients reliable, fully-vetted and professional developers.
